For Blue Cross Blue Shield, Preferred One, and other insurance: I can provider a "superbill" that would reimburse your upfront payments, although not guaranteed. Please call your insurance and say the following: "I need to check if my insurance will reimburse a superbill for the CPT codes 90791, 90837, and 90834" to ensure services are covered.

Initial Assessment (50-60 Min): 210.00

50 Minute: 165.00

90 Minute: 215.00

120 Minute: 300.00
