My Approach
What is Narrative, Experiential, Feminist, and A.R.T. Therapy?

Therapists are trained in a variety of modalities and, through practice and personal preference, decipher what fits their style. For me, these modalities serve my community well by looking at the whole person and their environment. We explore your roles, rituals, routines, and boundaries in all of your relationships - from your family of origin, your current family structure, community and environment, all the way out to macro systems such as chronic stress, oppression, and discrimination. I also regularly utilize the practice of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) which is an evidence-based eye movement therapy that promotes rapid emotional healing in addition to somatic (physical) symptoms of stress and trauma within 1-5 sessions.
